En esta oportunidad les compartiré con mucho cariño distintas fotografías de todo mi entrenamiento del día 27 de febrero, donde tuve la oportunidad de hacer una pequeña rutina de palanca frontal y tomé la decisión de hacer diversas fotografías de los ejercicios que utilicé durante la rutina. No he estado muy activa en mis entrenamientos, pero poco a poco voy recuperando mi resistencia y fuerza.
In this opportunity I will share with much affection different pictures of all my training on February 27th, where I had the opportunity to do a small front lever routine and I decided to take several pictures of the exercises I used during the routine. I have not been very active in my workouts, but little by little I am recovering my endurance and strength.
