    Hello everyone, today I'm back again and today, in addition to traveling to various places, I will also invite everyone to be a food taster in each place that we travel to. And of course, each place will have its own famous food. And this time, I will take everyone to eat steak, which is another famous menu of Florence, Italy. Anyone who comes must eat steak here. And today, I will take everyone to TRATTORIA de Guido dal 1961 in Florence, in the city center, near the central market and tourist attractions in Florence.

    • This restaurant is a general place with simple decorations. The atmosphere of the shop is unique in the style of the oldest Tuscan tradition. It has been open since 1961.

    • Inside the restaurant , there are many seats to eat. We went here during lunch. We didn't book in advance, but there were seats for us. Inside the shop, the decoration is as I said, unique. They used classic antiques to decorate the shop to show its old charm. When we arrived, the waiter brought the menu for us to choose. There were four of us. Of course, we ordered the shop's recommended menu, which was steak. And steak is best to go with red wine. Our friends also ordered other menus as seen in the picture.

    • Actually, I couldn't finish it myself, LOl. I had to let others help me eat it. In fact, I like to eat steak almost cooked. They recommended that it must be medium-rare to be delicious, but for me, I asked for it to be cooked. However, I chose to order this menu according to the recommendation. It was delicious. I liked it. The more I drank red wine, the better it went together.

    • For the part where the meat was still red, I asked my friends. We exchanged and tasted each dish. Everything was very delicious. It's no wonder that this restaurant has been around for so long. It's not just the atmosphere, but also the taste.

    • After we finished eating, the waiter brought Vin Santo, a traditional Italian dessert in Tuscany, along with Cantuccini biscuits, Italian cookies. They are long biscuits that have been baked twice to make them hard. They say that eating them after a meal helps digestion. To make it more delicious, you have to dip the biscuits in Vin Santo. It goes very well together.

    We tried it. It was a good meal. We got to try something new. There are many things that I have never eaten before, so I tried them here. Enjoyed this dining moment.
