    Not to much action and focus in the Cup matches this mid-week which ended me with a smallish loss. I am looking forward to the weekend matches and will try to up my focus starting tonight with AA Gent vs Charleroi.

    AA Gent vs Charleroi

    AA Gent is still inside the top 6 which on it's own is quite a miracle as they never really found good form. Their main issue is that they lack a good striker which makes scoring goals a problem while over the season they have given too many chances away. They are on my list op teams to possibly oppose but at the same time it's not they they are systematically valued wrong on the betting market. Charleroi currently is 9th in the league 4 points behind on AA Gent and they have shown that they do have quality in the team. Last week they did lose at home against Union but they were in the lead with their own fans boycotting the start of the 2nd half which turned things around. Generally they are a team who crawl back after taking the lead which they showed against Kortrijk away where they won with 0-1. Overall I see the quality of both teams not that far apart and with the low confidence that AA Gent is in right now, an away win would by no means be a surprise. Charleroi will have to play without Bernies and Guiagon who are suspended but I still took 0.35 units on Charleroi +0.5 @ 1.800
