Hello again here with you @girlhunter
This time here in this great community like Holozing, where through our skills and potential we can give life to our curators or creatures, whether they are hand-drawn or digital, in crafts, this is one of the things that I like most about this community, that each user participates with what they like and are passionate about and shares it here.
I had not published for a while, but I am back here again, I was practicing on a new drawing app called Medibang, since it has been recommended to me for the various brushes that it has as well as various functions to be able to create beautiful digital drawings.
It is the first time that I work on a black and white scale, because we are not focusing on the colors but on elements such as lines and shapes giving more solid drawing skills, detailing the shadow and light more, since this drawing is only focusing on two colors, black and white.
In today's drawing I created a forest curator where one of his accessories is a cap with the Z logo, in turn a detail in the background like a door where he is entering the Holozing community, where you can detail the name behind the curator.
Steps to make my curator
To create this illustration I used my phone and the Medibang Paint app as a drawing program, in which I first practiced before launching into this new adventure, for the brushes and tools I used was a smooth round pencil, ink brush, school pencils, gloss, blur, airbrush, on the other hand the layers I confess that these are some of the ones I learned several times from her, how to use it for a better result, we cannot leave aside the eraser, which helps me eliminate the imperfections created at the moment.
- I started by creating the cap, since I'm going to form part of his head, since I wanted to work on this accessory for my curator, here I used a smooth round pencil to start with the lines. Then I created his hair, face and ear. On his cap I detailed the "Z". I think that one of the things that I still need to learn more about is the eyes, I would like to give that effect that cartoons have, which are the eyes, where through them you can reflect joy, tenderness, sadness.
- Once his face was ready, I worked on his neck, his clothes and hands.
- Create the background, where I wanted to detail that he is entering the Holozing community, I reflected this with lines to simulate a door.
- I started painting his neck background with a dark color, and his hair light.
- Paint his shirt and fill in the Z
