Hola a todos! Hace mucho no hago una publicación aquí, pero el tiempo es escaso cuando se tiene un bebé y cosas por hacer. Espero que todos estén bien! Solo quiero actualizarlos un poco sobre nuestra vida últimamente mientras les comparto algunas fotos que hice en nuestro paseo del domingo por algún parque.

Primero quiero contarles que finalmente estoy legalmente en Polonia, es decir, ya aprobaron mi permiso de residencia lo cuál me hace muy feliz porque llevaba mucho tiempo esperando esto. Segundo, aunque todos estamos bien, Olivia nació con alergia a la proteína de la leche de la vaca por lo cuál tiene dermatitis atópica, no sabes de esto hasta que tienes un bebé y te das cuenta que es algo normal realmente, quiero decir muchos bebés ahora nacen con esto y hay muchos que lo superan más tarde por ahora debe mantener una dieta libre de lácteos por algún tiempo y no, ella no está ni estaba tomando leche de vaca, esto puede pasar a través de la leche materna si la mamá consume algún tipo de lácteos o incluso algunas fórmulas infantiles contienen esta proteína y aunque ya las eliminamos va a tardar un poco en que su cuerpo elimine por completo este alérgeno y con mucha fé de que superaremos esta etapa. Por otra parte, Olivia ya tiene 4 meses, grita como un loro y con muchas ganas de empezar a gatear. Estamos muy felices porque es una niña muy activa y muy sonriente y espero que pronto esté lista para que la vean por aquí, por ahora está usando algunas cremas que corresponden al tratamiento de la dermatitis. Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've made a post here, but time is scarce when you have a baby and things to do. I hope everyone is doing well! I just want to update you a little bit about our life lately as I share with you some pictures I took on our Sunday walk in some park.

First I want to tell you that I am finally legally in Poland, that is, they already approved my residence permit which makes me very happy because I have been waiting for this for a long time.Secondly, although we are all fine, Olivia was born with cow's milk protein allergy so she has atopic dermatitis, you don't know about this until you have a baby and you realize it is something normal really, I mean many babies now are born with this and there are many that outgrow it later on so for now she must maintain a dairy free diet for some time and no, she is not and was not drinking cow's milk, this can pass through breast milk if mom consumes any type of dairy or even some infant formulas contain this protein and even though we already eliminated them it is going to take a while for her body to completely eliminate this allergen and with a lot of faith we will get through this stage. On the other hand, Olivia is now 4 months old, screaming like a parrot and eager to start crawling. We are very happy because she is a very active and smiling girl and I hope that soon she will be ready to be seen around here, for now she is using some creams that correspond to the treatment of dermatitis.
