Today God reminds us that in this world full of constant noise, many worries and much hurry, God invites us to be still and at peace with full confidence in God.
God offers us physical and spiritual stillness, it is a concrete call to trust in him, in his security instead of trusting in our own strength. Although everything seems overwhelming and that we cannot cope, God will act in our favor!! .
Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth.
Psalm 46:10

Dios nos ofrece quietud física y espiritual, es un llamado concreto que confiemos en él, en su seguridad en lugar de confiar en nuestras propias fuerzas. Aunque todo parece abrumador y que no podemos hacer frente, Dios actuará a nuestro favor!! .
Estad quietos, y conoced que yo soy Dios;
