Parece mentira pero cuando te pierdes una semana de hacer ejercicio pueden ocurrrir dos cosas, vuelves super renovada y con toda la energía o sientes que ni aguantas maaaaaas y te duele todo como la primera semana! Por cuestión de compromisos con mi hija Sophia tuve que abandonar una semana y creo que un poquito más el gym, no se a ustedes pero a mi me da la segunda opción, siento que pierdo todo lo que he hecho y me duele hasta la forma de respirar
Han pasado muchas cosas y espero poder ir contándoles de a poco, lo importante es que ya volví a mi rutina y normalidad, hacer ejercicio ya es un hábito totalmente necesario, pues no solo es lo físico si no también lo que a nivel mental y emocional me genera, la otra semana les ejercicios y cositas nuevas, pero la otra semana jajaja, esta la tomare suave...
