Day 2: Critical Journey

There has hardly been a time where things have fully gone my way the way I planned it. I mean, such is the nature of life and I know am certainly not alone on that front, yet It does seem like such a complex matter to have things going exactly as we plan them. It's quite discouraging really, especially in the long term front. I mean why make plans if they'll simply be brushed aside and updated.

Yet making grand plans and having big dreams is really all that we have on the independent front. The actions to execute those grand plans are not completely within my control, so I am sometimes left daydreaming. That said, there is also the case of making realistic plans as opposed to making plans that we simply cannot execute. Execution and taking action is just about everything there is to a relevant plan, and If it fails to fulfil those critical steps then it probably isn't worthy.

There has also been the case of inability to follow through, due to one reason or the other. One thing I've noticed is that there's probably a genuine excuse for just about anything if that's what we're after. Yet another truth is that the excuses are just that. Regardless of obstacles, there are people that find ways to keep forging ahead in similar situations so it certainly is a valid food for thought to be amongst those giving excuses when others manage to find a way.

This year is all about finding a way for me. I haven't stated much in terms of New years Resolutions, but I certainly know I don't want the year to go to waste.
