I grow up in Rural place, and as I grew up I realized how beautiful and peaceful to live in this place, unlike to Urban Place, there's a noise of the vehicle that moving around, air pollution, factory smoke and so on, In Urban you cant plant any trees or fruits and vegetables because of course theres no proper place to do that thing, the only thing that you will see is concrete street but here in our place you can always see and feel fresh air that came from different trees.
This is how I started to love nature, the green leaves, the fruit, vegetables, and other plants here made me appreciate the nature we have right now.

While roaming around in our place, I was amazed by the blue sky and the clouds it was so nice to watch it again and again.

    malunggay

In our backyard we have malunggay to those who dont know what malunggay is, malunggay is a common for its leafy green vegetables/herb in the philippines that is full of vitamins and sometimes used to treat wounds.

    Are There Health Benefits?

Malunggay is rich in numerous essential vitamins and minerals. The potassium and vitamin C contents of the leaves are comparable to those of a banana and an orange, respectively. It also contains iron, calcium, protein, and amino acids, all of which support the growth and healing of your body. Antioxidants, which shield cells from harm and may strengthen your immune system, are also abundant in it. Certain antioxidants have been shown to have the ability to regulate blood pressure and decrease body and blood fat.

    Alugbati

If we have malunggay we also have alugbati this is my favorite dish to eat specially when its combined by sardines, its super delicious I know some of you do not know about alugbati.

It is also known as Malabar Spinach, or alugbati in the local dialect. Its botanical name is Basella Alba, and it belongs to the Basellaceae family of leafy green vegetables. Its plump, meaty leaves taste of citrus and pepper when they're uncooked. Cooked, it tastes like spinach.

A popular and nutritious vegetable known for its inherent cooling properties is alugbati. It is an aphrodisiac, nourishes, fortifies, cleanses the blood, and revitalizes the body. When included in a regular diet, it can help prevent anemia, colon cancer, cardiovascular disease, and weakening of the bones. Alugbati vegetables contains vitamins such as vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, and lutein, which protect the eyes from free radicals.

    banana😍

My mother plant a lot of banana trees and Im so happy that all her hardworks of planting it paid off haha, actually we have a lot of bananas in our backyard, it also helps us to receive fresh air.
These plants can grow on a wide range of soil types and reach heights of five meters on average. Since banana plants are easy to grow, many homes have banana trees in their gardens. In general, the banana tree benefits humans, animals, and the environment because every portion of it is incredibly beneficial in a variety of ways.

They make excellent natural privacy screens and windbreakers for homes. They shield your window from the light. Horses and cattle can be fed their leaves. Mattresses and baskets are made from their dried trunk remains. The banana tree is well-known for its numerous applications in addition to its mouthwatering fruits.
