A day barely worth posting. My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2025

What can I say about today?

I didn't walk the dog in the morning because I had to work early

I didn't go to the gym because it was a rest day

I didn't walk the dog in the afternoon because my wife look him on a hike.

Other than waking around at with I barely got enough steps to post

But in the end I made it barely.

So hopefully tomorrow is get more exercise
