Some of the most interesting games are those in which I make a mistake and have to recover from the bottom, something that if you're new to chess it can be a little more difficult to keep a clear mind and be sober during the game, but the bullet helps you a lot to have more opportunities to turn the tables, as in this case.
This of course also applies in the opposite sense, that is, we have the advantage and we have to justify our position without falling behind on the clock, which is the easiest thing one can do if one falls asleep a lot on the board, it has happened to me a couple of times but I think that in general I am very solid playing pure reflex.
A lot of the potential of training in this format is that you can quickly see all the plans and get an idea of how certain openings are played. I have tried it with some French systems and it is very easy to understand over and over again if you practice it well. I think it is a format that I like to see in hivechess even if it makes using berserks more complex, but well, it is a format that I like to play.
