Iniciativa |¿Cómo doy a conocer a Hive?
Hola amigos de @hiveargentina, bienvenidos a mi blog, desde Venezuela les envío miles de bendiciones. Es un gusto para mí participar una vez más en una de sus geniales iniciativas, me disculpan mi desorganización y llegar al último día, pero no quería dejar pasar la oportunidad.
He venido leyendo algunas entradas, cada una a su estilo y todas muy acertadas, es que Hive es así, cada uno puede hacer y decir lo que les parezca, claro sin incumplir algunas reglas y siempre desde el respeto y las ganas de dejar algo en el lector, sea un aprendizaje, una reflexión o una sonrisa que alegra el alma.
De la parte técnica, aunque muchas cosas las tengo clara, se me hace un poco engorroso explicarlas a la primera, pues es mucha información que asimilar y para eso existen muchos tutoriales, que las personas que están interesadas pueden leer.
Le digo esto, porque la vida es muy acelerada y cuando alguien me pregunta sobre qué es Hive o yo quiero hacer onboarding con algún potencial hivers hay que hablarle en un lenguaje sencillo, para que no salga corriendo con tanta información.
Han sido varias las personas a las que les he hablado de Hive y hoy quiero contarles como fue esta reunión con dos personas a las que ni había visto en persona, pero estaban interesadas en saber sobre esta Blockchain y le habían pasado mi contacto para que les explicara.
Por mensajes de texto habíamos hablado y entre la conversación pude ver cuáles podían ser sus potencialidades a desarrollar si se creaban sus cuentas.
Porque les digo esto, porque debemos saber con quién hablamos para poder resaltar entre tantas bondades que tiene Hive, por cuál se podrían interesar la persona.
Ya que Hive es una Blockchain que tiene diferentes redes sociales, que en principio son por las primeras que se interesa la gente para comenzar, sea escribir su blog, ya sea personal o de algún emprendimiento o habilidad en especial, a través de Peakd.com, m.liketu.com, ecency.com, Inleo.io, 3speak.com y así sucesivamente.
Cómo también puede haber quienes no les gusten, ni escribir, ni tomar fotos o hacer videos, pero si le interesen los videojuegos, NFT o mejor incursionar en el mundo de las finanzas y ser un inversor.
Sin dejar atrás los que son amantes y profesionales en la programación y tienen un mundo que explorar aquí. Por eso es importante darle a conocer de manera general que se pueden encontrar y ya profundizar en cada tema según sea su interés.
Cuando hablo de Hive, lo pinto como algo bonito, algo que ha cambiado mi vida en el buen sentido de la palabra, me ha ayudado en muchas cosas, me ha sacado de mi zona de confort, he hecho cosas que antes no me había atrevido.
He ganado varios amigos, muchos con los que tengo contacto, así sea en línea a diario y se han creado lazos fuertes, siento que están cerca de mí y me siento incluida en sus vidas.
Cada evento en el que me encuentro con hivers en magnífico y me saca de la rutina, así como gracias a Hive he podido hacer muchas cosas con mi familia que no hubiera podido de no estar aquí.
Escribir en Hive, es como un libro abierto de mi vida y si tuviera más tiempo o un lugar adecuado me gustaría hacer más videos contándoles tantas cosas, que sé a muchos les gustaría escuchar.
Esto gracias a la inspiración de grandes creadores de contenidos en este formato como lo son @lunaticanto, @mamaemigrante y @palabras1, entre otros. Porque traigo a colación esto, pues en Hive, si no sabes algo, lo aprendes en el camino y ver la constancia de estos amigos, te dan ánimos, por citar algunos.
Ya que hay muchos a los que admiro en los diferentes nichos, si nichos, aquí en hive puedes hablar de todo un poco, imagínense, hay una comunidad para fotografías de las nubes, otra para los pies, je, je, je. Así mismo de comida, vida personal, jardinería, peluquería, moda, hogar, diy y pare usted de contar.
Ven como no es fácil hacer un onboarding, es decir, hablar de hive, de todas sus bondades. Cuando veo a la persona interesada es cuando empezamos hablar de creaciones de cuentas, llaves, billeteras, reglas escritas o no de Hive. Que si hay un libro blanco, en donde te explican todo lo que quieres saber de la Blockchain y demás.
Ya cuando dicen ábreme la cuenta, es cuando empiezo con los detalles de como hacer una publicación, que si tiene que ser contenido inédito, propio, bien claro les dejo que no haya sido compartido en ninguna otra parte, ante de postearlo en hive.
Lo que implica que si va a compartir algo que no sea propio debe ser de libre uso y colocar los enlace dentro del cuerpo del post. Les hablo que no es solo escribir, es hacerlo de manera clara, con buena ortografía, bien ordenado, hacer su portada bonita, aprender a usar programas de edición y demás.
Con todo esto, hay que estar realmente interesado y ahora sí seguir acompañándolo en esos primeros días o hasta que sea necesario, porque luego viene el tema, de explicarles en que comunidad publicar según el contenido, las etiquetas, por donde publicar y tantos otros tips.
Y como ven hablo con base, ya que me encanta hablar de Hive, lástima que las personas a las que he apoyado para ingresar no han sido constantes o no han continuado. Pero no me doy por vencida, quien quiera que le ayude lo apoyo, así como me apoyo la amiga @soylaloreto en sus clases de Hive desde cero con un equipo maravilloso que la acompaña en esta tarea de enseñar, a quienes les estaré agradecida eternamente.
Espero haya sido de su agrado mi participación, además quiero dejar escrito que me gustan mucho sus iniciativas. Gracias por dejar aflorar emociones.

Initiative | How I make Hive known

I have been reading some entries, each one in its own style and all of them very accurate, Hive is like that, everyone can do and say whatever they want, of course without breaking some rules and always with respect and the desire to leave something in the reader, whether it is a learning, a reflection or a smile that gladdens the soul.
On the technical side, although many things are clear to me, I find it a bit cumbersome to explain them at the first time, because there is a lot of information to assimilate and for that there are many tutorials that people who are interested can read.
I tell you this, because life is very fast and when someone asks me about what Hive is or I want to do onboarding with a potential hivers, it is necessary to talk to them in a simple language, so that they don't run away with so much information.
There have been several people to whom I have talked about Hive and today I want to tell you how was this meeting with two people whom I had not even seen in person, but they were interested in knowing about this Blockchain and had passed my contact so that I could explain it to them.
By text messages we had talked and between the conversation I could see what could be their potential to develop if their accounts were created.
Why I tell you this, because we must know who we are talking to in order to highlight among so many benefits that Hive has, which one the person could be interested in.

When I talk about Hive, I paint it as something beautiful, something that has changed my life in the good sense of the word, it has helped me in many things, it has taken me out of my comfort zone, I have done things that I had not dared before.
I have gained several friends, many with whom I have contact, even if it is online on a daily basis and strong bonds have been created, I feel that they are close to me and I feel included in their lives.
Every event where I meet with hivers is magnificent and takes me out of the routine, as well as thanks to Hive I have been able to do many things with my family that I would not have been able to do if I wasn't here.
Writing in Hive, is like an open book of my life and if I had more time or a suitable place I would like to make more videos telling you so many things that I know many would like to hear.
This thanks to the inspiration of great content creators in this format such as @lunaticanto, @mamaemigrante and @palabras1, among others. Why I bring this up, because in Hive, if you do not know something, you learn it along the way and see the perseverance of these friends, they encourage you, to name a few.
Since there are many that I admire in the different niches, yes niches, here in hive you can talk about a little bit of everything, imagine, there is a community for cloud photography, another for feet, heh, heh, heh, heh. Also food, personal life, gardening, hairdressing, fashion, home, diy and stop counting.
You see how it is not easy to do an onboarding, that is to say, to talk about hive, about all its benefits. When I see the interested person is when we start talking about account creations, keys, wallets, written rules or not of Hive. That if there is a white paper, where they explain everything you want to know about the Blockchain and so on.
And when they say open my account, is when I start with the details of how to make a publication, that if it has to be unpublished content, own, very clear I let them that has not been shared anywhere else, before posting it on hive.

I'm telling you that it's not just about writing, it's about doing it in a clear way, with good spelling, well ordered, making a nice cover page, learning how to use editing programs and so on.
With all this, you have to be really interested and now you have to keep on accompanying them in those first days or until it is necessary, because then comes the issue of explaining in which community to publish according to the content, the tags, where to publish and so many other tips.
And as you can see I speak with basis, since I love to talk about Hive, it's a pity that the people I have supported to join have not been constant or have not continued. But I do not give up, whoever I help I support, just as my friend @soylaloreto supports me in her Hive classes from scratch with a wonderful team that accompanies her in this task of teaching, to whom I will be eternally grateful.
