The first step of our training sponsored by our government PESO has been done and we did it with excellent performance but that was not the end. There are still so many steps to learn little by little.
The procedure is not simple and it needs all your strength to tackle every move but if we have the determination of our goal, we should be flexible to do everything.
I cannot show you how the first step because it's not good how to do it like killing the pitiful cow like. My friend during our first day of training cried. I just closed my eyes too. To respect the right of the animals advocate, I can't show you how we did it. And this is the only I can give you as an information how to chop it. I have a lot of photos but respect.
We supposed to enroll for deboning but I need money for another enrollment. We can't go doing our job for this butchery if we have not complete education about this. Still a long term process.
Anyway, as we finished the first step, we had said goodbye to our training team and my 20 friends. We had a small celebration and a good timing for a birthday treat to one of the Butcher.

There were 3 ladies in our group and they were bravely giving effort doing a job well done training. I just hope that we can use what we learned for our future references. Imagine, I finished my study before, I did another 2 years course as a scholar from the government but I was devastated the time almost finish that study last 2022. Now, this is another way for my life. I just pray that I could make it through. I am growing older likey young children and my mother who supported me until now deserve her life to relax and chill but I am still in her shoulder. I am not choosing our destiny but it is given to us. It's never too late and I hope, I will be in the better way of life.
