The Federal Legislative Palace
Every city in the world has its own identity, which is reflected in its culture, gastronomy and of course in its architecture, since each one with its diverse tendencies and economic possibilities has developed a unique urban profile from which we can always choose a distinctive piece, thanks to its design, height or historical value. These buildings with extraordinary characteristics are the ones that with the passing of time become the true icons of our cities, which means that they are the ideal reference point to give directions, take pictures or generate tourist routes.

El Palacio Federal Legislativo
Todas las ciudades del mundo cuentan con una identidad propia, la cual se ve reflejada en su cultura, gastronomía y por supuesto en la arquitectura, ya que cada cual con sus diversas tendencias y posibilidades económicas han desarrollado un perfil urbano único del cual siempre podremos escoger alguna pieza distintiva, gracias a su diseño, altura o valor histórico. Estos edificios con características extraordinarias son los que con el pasar del tiempo se convierten en los verdaderos iconos de nuestras ciudades, lo cual significa que son el punto de referencia ideal para dar direcciones, tomar fotografías o generar rutas turísticas.
In a young city like Caracas we find numerous architectural icons that have exciting stories, some dating from colonial times, others were erected in the second half of the twentieth century and of course entered the XXI century we can also find buildings dating from our days, but this time we will go to the heart of the historic center of the city, to take a look in black and white to one of the most important buildings from the political and historical point of view of the entire nation, this is the Federal Legislative Palac
It is a palatial building in neoclassical style, with an imposing dome that reaches 26 meters high and is crowned with a flagpole from which waves the national tricolor, as its name suggests is the main seat of the national assembly, therefore, are well the seat of the national legislature, which is one of the most important political branches of the entire nation, since from there are debated, discussed and approved laws that set the tone of Venezuelan society.
Se trata de un edificio palaciego estilo neoclásico, con una imponente cúpula adorada que llega a los 26 m de altura y está coronada con un asta desde la cual ondea el tricolor nacional, como su nombre lo indica es la sede principal de la asamblea nacional, por lo tanto, están bien el asiento del poder legislativo nacional, el cual es una de las ramas políticas más importantes de toda la nación, ya que desde allí se debaten, discuten y aprueban las leyes que marcan la Pauta de la sociedad venezolana.
Appreciate it is an imposing building, where we can discover interesting Corinthian style columns, large pediments, and interesting reliefs that allude to the ancient Greeks, the dimensions of this complex cover a full block, therefore, it is impossible to pass through the center and not realize the existence of this magnificent building, which since 1877 has been part of the capital's culture and, therefore, today is considered as architectural heritage of the nation.
Apreciar se trata de un edificio imponente, en donde podemos descubrir interesantes columnas de estilo corintio grandes frontones, e interesantes relieves que hacen alusión a los antiguos griegos, las dimensiones de este complejo abarcan una manzana completa, por lo tanto, es imposible pasar por el centro y no darse cuenta de la existencia de este magnífico edificio, el cual desde el año 1877 ha formado parte de la cultura capitalina y, por lo tanto, hoy en día es considerado como patrimonio arquitectónico de la nación.
