Smooth, savory tomato soup is a delicious Beverage that is great to enjoy During the chilling winters. It is basically a tangy and spicy liquid food made with juicy and ripe tomatoes. It's healthy and delicious soup as it contains tomato and carrot which is rich in vitamin C and Vitamin K and also have potassium which helps in regulate Blood pressure. And the best part of the soup, you can make in large quantity, can refrigerate it for 3-4 days, may enjoy daily.

Ingredients ๐
โข 4 Roughly Chopped tomato.
โข 2 Roughly Chopped carrot.
โข 1 tsp butter.
โข 2 clove garlic.
โข Salt to Taste.
โข Water as required.
โข 1 tsp sugar.
โข ยฝ tsp Corn Flour.
โข ยฝ tsp Black pepper powder.
โข 4-5 Bread Crumbs.
Process ๐งโ๐ณ
Wash the tomatoes and carrot, roughly Chopped it.
In a pressure Cooker, Add the tomatoes and carrot, garlic with Some Salt. Add two cups of water. Wait for 3-5 Whistle at High Flame.
Make sure tomatoes turn soft and mushy.Bend to smooth paste without adding any water.
strain the Tomatoes and carrot mixture with the help of strainer, discarding the residue.
Now Take the Fry pan, Pour the tomato paste with some water at medium Flame, add Salt, Black pepper, Corn Flour.
Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.
Fnally serve creamy tomato soup garnished with Bread crumbs and Butter.
