My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2024

    Greetings to you dear actifitters. Hope you had a great day.

    My actifit fitness walk took me to Afaha Oku where I attend a meeting to others.

    When I returned, I had to meet with a friend Philip, who requested I should accompany him to Josiah's house at Ikot Ekwere Itam.

    We we arrived his place at Ikot Ekwere Itam, his wife told us that Josiah has gone to the farm down the valley. So I and Philip headed to the farm's direction since I have been there once.

    This is a real fitness walk that we are going I told Philip and we keep descending the slop.

    We met some people hiking up the slop along our way with heavy firewood on their head. .

    These people have been doings this every now and then.

    You can imagine cracks and opening on the floor as we keep descending.

    Waoh, we are almost there.

    Goodnees God, this guy have planted a lot of crops here o! I exclaimed as I saw different crops on the land.

    I am seeing cassava, water yam, water leaf, pepper, greenleaf, vegetable, even plantains. Meen, this is really nice to see.

    Every thing looking greenish and inviting. The weeds is what Josiah is fighting with, so we have to assist him in the weeding.

    The pepper is even ripe for harvesting.

    The cucumber is equally looking good.

    Farming is really a serious business if you have the strength to do it.

    After spending more than three hours with him, the day is getting dark so we have to return home. We eat cucumber and harvest some pepper, water leaf and vegetable.

    Hiking back home at this dark hour is really tough. At the end, it was a fruitful visit, a satisfying fitness health walk, and a nice experience down the slop.

    I was able to record above 10300 steps to keep fit.
