Esta es una publicación salvavidas. No les voy a mentir... Tenía mis dos vídeos planificados para esta semana, porque me está gustando comenzar las semanas con contenido audiovisual, pero no logré editar a tiempo. A finales de la tarde después de 3 horas sin electricidad aún tenía esperanzas. Fue mi irresponsabilidad, pero tampoco me arrepiento ya que no toque los vídeos pasando un fin de semana de viaje, después de mucho tiempo sin ver a mis seres queridos. Me sentí muy feliz. 💜

Casi por una tontería como esa, mis pensamientos intrusivos iban a comenzar a florecer, pero pude reconocer a tiempo que no todos los días son perfectos, que un día "malo" no significa que esté haciendo las cosas mal... Tuve una semana de muchas cosas increíbles, y verlas reflejadas en fotos, a veces ayuda mucho para celebrar las mini victorias, y metas que fueron cumplidas. A veces perdermos de foco las cosas buenas y nos metemos de lleno en una sola mala. Reconoce el valor de lo que haces, aunque no todo esté yendo perfecto. 🫶✨

This is a lifesaver post. I'm not going to lie to you... I had my two videos planned for this week, because I'm enjoying starting the weeks with audiovisual content, but I didn't manage to edit them in time. At the end of the afternoon after 3 hours without electricity I still had hope. It was my irresponsibility, but I don't regret it either since I didn't touch the videos spending a weekend away, after a long time without seeing my loved ones. I felt very happy. 💜

Almost because of a silly thing like that, my intrusive thoughts were going to start to flourish, but I was able to recognize in time that not every day is perfect, that a "bad" day doesn't mean I'm doing things wrong... I had a week of many incredible things, and seeing them reflected in photos sometimes helps a lot to celebrate the mini victories, and goals that were met. Sometimes we lose focus on the good things and get fully into one bad one. Recognize the value of what you do, even if not everything is going perfectly. 🫶✨
