There is a strand like a string hanging from these long beans. We need to get rid of that first. After that break it into one and a half inch long pieces. Do not cut. Wash and clean the red onion, garlic, green chillies and dry chillies and cut them into small pieces.
Tear or break it into small pieces as it is dry sprats is quite long and fat.
Now put the fan on the stove and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, add some mustard seeds. Only if you like.
Add dry sprats.
Add rumpe, curry powder, dry chilies, and garlic to the dry sprats fried in normal flame for about one and a half minutes and fry them.
Now add chopped onion pieces and stir well.
Keep all this aside in the pan, lower the heat and add the pieces of long beans.
Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder and pepper powder to it.
Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for about six minutes.
Then add chopped green chillies and salt powder.
Now at the end add the chilli pieces and mix all this well and remove from the heat.
This ling beans tempura is very tasty and fragrant. There is no other curry that goes so well with rice, but you can eat it deliciously. And I think this is a delicious long beans tempura that can be added to your lunch box for the main meal.
