Hii Hive Runners the rain every day made it difficult for me to train, while I still had a challenge to run 10k, when it was a little sunny, I stole the time to train. It was drizzling on the way, I was afraid that when I arrived at the stadium, the rain would become heavy. And again the night air at that time became very cold.
But I still came to the stadium fortunately it didn't rain, I'm grateful.
After warming up, I tried to run slowly, enjoying the cold air becoming warmer as I ran. This time I ran outside the stadium because the inside was still closed due to an event. But to be honest, I like running outside the stadium more than inside the track. Because if inside I need about 12 laps, while outside only needs about 6 laps.
Also, running outdoors is less crowded, and the roads are wider.
In the first kilometer, my pace was 8:18. I was supposed to run a long 5 kilometers but suddenly at 2.5 kilometers, I got a call from my office friend, it turned out that I had not given the office key to the next team. Finally I could only finish my run in 3kilometers, with an avg pace of 8:38. With a moving time of 26:01.
Being in a hurry, I only did the cool down in a hurry, as my work team was waiting for me at the office. After arriving at the office, I resumed the cool-down and did it properly.
