Feliz miércoles amigos de Hive, espero que se encuentren bien, en el día de hoy les voy a compartir el post de mi entrenamiento del día de ayer, en el cual corrí 5 kilómetros junto a mi pareja @crily.love.
I'm really glad to achieve this 5 km today, it strikes me that I generate a new route to achieve the goal.
Me alegro mucho poder lograr estos 5 km hoy, me llama la atención que genere una ruta nueva para lograr el objetivo.
Jogging within the city of Guarenas involves facing ups and downs that make the pace of jogging vary a lot, this pleases me because it allows me to study my running from another physical state.
Trotar dentro de la ciudad de Guarenas implica enfrentarse a subidas y bajadas que hacen variar mucho el ritmo del trote, esto me grada, ya que me permite estudiar mi correr desde otro estado físico.
I am happy because I am reactivated much more within the running achieving a corporal improvement from the physical activity, I hope to continue with this advance.
Estoy feliz porque me estoy reactivado mucho más dentro del running logrando una mejora corporal desde la actividad física, espero seguir con este avance.
