Wondering if Actifit will work today after the debacle yesterday. The only thing that worked was Fitbit sync. Key as I have been doing this every single day since 2016 - test comes with the photo upload

Was a slow pack as my wife was not feeling well. Left me doing all the packing - no problem - that is what one does
Took a different road home to avoid the Sydney Harbour roadworks. Cars coming toward us with headlights on. Blue sky above - where was the rain?

Look forward to a few days at home as I have some things to get moving along - tax stuff and some Internet Marketing stuff.
Got to prepare my own style of dinner. My wife does not want to eat. Plan is sweet and sour pork using left over roast pork and left over canned pineapple.
Easy enough - make a sauce - pineapple juice, ketjap manis (sweet soy from Indonesia), ketchup, a little stock, apple cider vinegar, table spoon of cornflour
Chop onions, capsicum and carrot finely. Cube the pork. Saute the veges and add in some minced garlic and ginger. Add in the sauce to get to temperature. When that is up, toss in the pork. Serve with rice.
