Good afternoon hive friends, it says that breakfast is the most important meal of the day since you start your work day and you must do it with a lot of energy, that's why there has to be a combination of everything where flour, bread, dairy products and sweets with fruits should not be missing in a well-balanced diet, although my breakfast was not abundant, the toast with honey and the delicious coffee with milk were more than enough to give me energy and go out for my long morning walk.
Buenas tardes amigos y amigas de hive, dice que el desayuno es la comida más importante del día ya que uno empieza su día laboral y debe hacerlo con muchas energía por eso tiene que haber una combinación de todos donde la harina el pan, lácteos y dulces con frutas no debe faltar en una dieta bien equilibrada, mi desayuno si bien no fue abundante pero las tostadas con miel y el rico café con leche fueron más que suficiente para darme energías y salir a dar mi larga caminata matutina.
