Hello and Everyone
There are so many businesses in India and even if I talk about the businesses that are doing great in the country and they have got big empires, we can have a bigger list. Some businesses are the backbone of India because they generate a lot of revenue and economic growth for the country and support the government in different ways. These big businesses are also generating more employment and contributing through taxation to support the economy. I must appreciate all these businesses and their founders who are helping millions of citizens in the country. When we think of business then the first thing that comes to mind is money making and there is nothing wrong. People do business because they want to earn more money and it's their money south they can decide what they will do.

The majority of the businesses follow the same fundamentals that they try to earn more and more money to make their businesses even bigger. There are very few who do not follow this path and they try to follow slightly different pathways. I mean to say they work hard to grow their business but they also try to contribute a lot to the community and humanity in a different way so that making money is not the only priority for them. The one name I will talk about in this post is very well-known and he is respected in the country. His name is Mr Ratan Tata and Tata is one of the biggest brands in India. Tata is a brand that has almost everything including salt and even a car so you can have all these things with the brand of Tata and in India this brand means trust. The four reasons I'm going to talk about are why I respect Mr. Ratan and Tata a lot and that he's not like other businessmen.
A Kind-hearted man
Mr Ratan Tata is a kind-hearted man and in the TATA empire, people are valued. They support all of their employees in every important vocation of their life so whoever joins the Tata Group hardly anyone leaves because they know that this is the company on which they can rely. They do not treat people as a labor instead tata himself is involved in the policies that are people friendly and this is why people like to work with this brand. He's one of the businessmen who keep on doing something amazing to support humanity and this is why he's a very kind-hearted man.
Charity and Donations
There are so many businesses in India that are earning massive amounts of money because they have got a bigger empire. But there are very few who are thinking about the society and people of the country and Tata is the one who has been doing it for long. He donates a lot of money to different organizations so that they can help people in different ways. Even during the time of the pandemic and lockdown, he donated a big amount so that people could deal with this big problem even though the government was doing it the head contribution was also notable and it was very big. He keeps on making such donations and charities from time to time because his motto is not to keep the money to himself instead as per him this business is for the people and the majority of the profits are shared through different charity organizations.
Simplicity
He is one of the people who is not at all showing off his money but actually, he owns so much money. He is one of the businessmen in the country who is not throwing off his money instead he believes that this money is for the country and that is why he keeps on helping people and also the government through the growth of the business. You can check his photo along with his family and you will feel like he's such a simple man with high thinking with his lifestyle you will never feel like there is any type of attitude he is showing and that's the power of Mister Tata because he looks simple but has a futuristic vision.
Helping India with renewable energy
He is also the one who has started multiple initiatives in India to work on renewable energy. Tata is the first company in India to manufacture electric vehicles because they want India to lead in this segment and empower the country through renewable energy. There are multiple initiatives that Tata Group is working on to empower everyone including people in city and village areas so that they can reduce pollution and through renewable energy, they can contribute to a better planet.
So these are some of the reasons why I respect this man a lot and not just me everyone in India has respect for this amazing man. He is 86 years old now but the thought process and reason he has shown in the business are commendable and he surely deserves the respect from everyone in the country hopefully, other businesses also should follow the guidance and the path he created in his business
