Here’s my drawing for the splinterlands Art contest. This week, I chose to draw portrait of “Lux Vega”.
She is one of the most splinterlands characters. I really like this card and I have drawn her a long time ago when I only drew with coloredpencils. It’s been a long time I haven’t worked with them since I started digital art. But I will definitely share more traditional arts in future. For now let’s go through the process of this piece.
I really like coloring her skin. I used blue on the half of her face violet for the other half. Also added some glitters under her eyes and some parts of her clothes. (I really like this brush ^^)
After I painted the background, I drew the hair strands with “soft airbrush” brush.
After I painted the background I added some yellow dots and then blurred them a little bit. And then darkened around the the drawing set the layer on multiply and adjusted the opacity.
