    Hope everyone is good and enjoy your day with family and friends. Alhumdullhiah I am also fine. Today I'm going to share my knowledge about smoking and its affects on body.

    The answer of this question is very simple I am not smoker. I don't like smoke because I know the dangerous effect of . In my hometown their are many people who i personally know they addicted to smoking. My best friend Saqib is addicted to smoking he is my senior and they Completed thir graduation recent now he is working in filed.They quit this habit many time but restart with time and know they not quit in their life.

    (Do you know why and How do people become addicted to cigarettes smoking?)
    Nowadays, people face many problems in the world and especially our young generation is suffering from it very badly and we know that there is nicotine in cigarettes which acts as a relaxant and when When a person faces any problems, he makes them a part of his body, thus he keeps himself relaxed. Likewise, when he faces problems again, he smokes, by which he relaxes himself. It keeps him calm and he gets addicted to smoking in the next life.Nowadays, the best and most easily available form of smoking in the world is cigarettes and people can easily buy them from anywhere, so they become addicted to cigarettes and cannot live without cigarettes in their lives. And he lives very hard and smoking becomes his life.

    Smoking has neumros negative impact on physical health and mental health.

    (Physical Health)
    • It increase the risk of lungs cancer which leads the respiratory Issue.

    • It increase the risk of Cardiovascular Disorder.

    • The most common impact if smoking on physical health it lead the Respiratory issues and lungs disease like (COPD).

    (Mental Health)
    • The smoking increase the mental health disorder.

    • Anxiety
    • Depression
    • Distrbunace in sleep cycle
    • Feel Unhappy
    • Memory loss

    These are negative impact on iur health it also impact our general health like Fertility Issue, Appetite issues amd stomach discomfort and show many complications during pregnancy.

    How can you guide someone to quit smoking and come back to his normal life?
    Quiting smoking is big challenge ffor a smoker we adopted different method for quit this habit.

    Make a Plan

    We quit this habit to make a plan for day as we onow its not easy so we quit this habit with passage of time. We take a 1 cigarette after a specific time.

    Healthy Dite

    We quit easily smoking with replace with healthy diet plan.

    Nicotine Replacement Therapy(NRT)

    We need to follow the NRT instead of cigarettes like gum's and also we used very famous brand which lunch recent Zyno. We used this instead of smoking.

    Exercise

    We adopt the healthy exercise and follow the our time table.

    Set Goals

    We set our future goal and encourage to achieve all we struggle for it day and night to achieve it it is important to struggle hard and quit this bad habit fir seting gial for future

    Conclusion

    It's is very bad habit if we achive the goal of future and stay healthy so we want to quit this bad habit and enjoy our physical and mental health also we enjoy our sexual life and stay.

    It is good to hear you are a non smoker although being around friends who smoke will affect your health as well. This is one of the bad things if it comes to smoking.

    Cigarettes are expensive with us and I always wonder how people can afford smoking and not buying healthy food for that amount of money.

    It's a lame excuse to say smoking fights being nervous. Smokers are far from calm which the side affects proof.

    Perhaps all smokers should do hard labour for many hours a day so they are too tired to smoke and feel pity for themselves?

    There are so many people worldwide suffering, with a bad childhood, in warzones and so on but not each one of them is a smoker.

    A piece of fruit or chocolate has a better affect than a cigarette will ever have. Chocolate makes people feel happy, so why not eating that instead?
