Greetings friends of Hive and @fulldeportes, today again I am going to share with you my participation in the 2nd Meeting of Walkers and Hikers Aragua 2024 15K, which was held in La Victoria, Aragua state, Venezuela.
Para esta caminata día antes le había mandado la información a mi hermano y a dos caminantes amigo, pero ninguno pudieron asistir, sin embargo esto no me desmotivó para asistir y me levanté el día de hoy a 4 am para alistarme desde mi comunidad y trasladarme en autobús para vivir esta experiencia de conocer nuevas rutas de senderismo.
The day before I had sent the information to my brother and two other hikers, but none of them were able to attend, however this did not discourage me to attend and I got up today at 4 am to get ready from my community and travel by bus to live this experience of knowing new hiking trails.
Desde las 7:00 am, en la avenida Bicentenaria frente al gimnasio vertical estuvimos los senderistas y maratonista calentando para realizar está caminata de 15K, donde la salida se dió a la 7:30 am, como era un encuentro de caminantes y senderista yo pensé que todos iba a caminar pero resulta que se fueron varias personas adelante corriendo, yo active la aplicación Strava para registrar esta ruta.
From 7:00 am, in the Bicentennial Avenue in front of the vertical gym we were the walkers and marathoners warming up for this 15K walk, where the start was given at 7:30 am, as it was a meeting of walkers and walkers I thought everyone was going to walk but it turns out that several people went ahead running, I activated the Strava application to record this route.
Cabe destacar que esta es la primera vez que participo en esta caminata, salí a un ritmo rápido, a pesar de eso se fueron adelante unos cuantos maratonista que iban corriendo, los primeros 2k registre un tiempo de 7 minutos 44 segundos en una carretera de asfalto con un recorrido plano y después era de tierra hasta que llegamos a los 4K, a partir de allí, llegamos al cerro Las Lapas, cuyas subidas son bastante inclinadas, en esta parte aumente el ritmo y comencé a pasar a varios corredores que iban adelante.
It should be noted that this is the first time I participate in this walk, I went out at a fast pace, despite that a few marathoners who were running went ahead, the first 2k I recorded a time of 7 minutes 44 seconds on an asphalt road with a flat route and then it was dirt until we reached the 4K, from there, we reached the hill Las Lapas, whose climbs are quite steep, in this part I increased the pace and began to pass several runners who were ahead.
En esta primera parte de la montaña hicimos un recorrido de 3K, entre más subidas que bajadas y después al llegar al kilometro 7, pensé que no había más pendiente, luego comenzamos a subir otra montaña que me llevo a la cima de la montaña donde se encuentra el.monumento de La Juventud donde la aplicación registro 10.4 K y 1 hora 29 minutos.En esta caminata no hubo agua en el recorrido cada atleta debía de llevar su logística, solo en el monumento fue donde ví que había unos termos para recargar el agua.
In this first part of the mountain we made a journey of 3K, between more ups than downs and then to reach kilometer 7, I thought there was no more slope, then began to climb another mountain that took me to the top of the mountain where the monument of La Juventud where the application recorded 10.4 K and 1 hour 29 minutes.in this walk there was no water on the route each athlete had to carry their logistics, only in the monument was where I saw that there were some thermos to recharge the water.
Después de pasar el monumento, comenzamos a adentramos al cerro El Onotal, donde una caminante me hizo el favor y me tomó dos fotografías, todavía en esta parte me faltaban 4.6K, y todavía quedaban unas cuantas pendiente, en cuanto al clima estuvo fresco los primeros 10K, después comenzó el sol a pegar encima y el calor se hizo sentir, por lo que habia que administrar bien el agua para mí hidratación.
After passing the monument, we began to enter the hill El Onotal, where a walker did me the favor and took two pictures, still in this part I still had 4.6K, and there were still a few pending, as for the weather was cool the first 10K, then the sun began to hit over and the heat was felt, so I had to manage the water well for my hydration.
Asimismo después que terminamos de subir, ya casi faltaba 2K, en una parte me perdí y un corredor se dió cuenta y me avisó, me regresé para retomar la ruta nuevamente, habia pensado que llegaba al mismo punto de partida pero llegó al paseo Bicentenario, con un tiempo de 2 horas 9 minutos y una distancia de 15K. En la llegada si había frutas y agua para la recuperación del atleta y al final se hizo una bailoterapia con los caminantes.
I got lost in one part and a runner noticed me and warned me, I went back to take the route again, I had thought that I arrived to the same starting point but arrived to the Bicentennial walk, with a time of 2 hours 9 minutes and 2K left.
He realized it and told me, I went back to resume the route again, I had thought that reached the same starting point but arrived at the Paseo Bicentenario, with a time of 2 hours 9 minutes and a distance of 15K. At the arrival there were fruits and water for the recovery of the athlete and at the end there was a dance therapy with the walkers.
Finalmente me gustó este recorrido porque se disfruta del ambiente natural y conocí esta.nueva ruta, espero que les haya gustado.
