My Most Expensive Perfumes Yet: How My Friend Influenced My Perfume Journey

How my friend influenced my perfume journey.jpg

There is a saying: Show me your friend, and I would tell you who you are...

This statement is so true, as we are influenced by the people around us, and our lives are a result of the people we have around us. Before you think I am here to discuss something serious, I am just here to talk about how my love for perfumes has been greatly influenced by having a friend who loves perfumes so much, and, not just that, also sells perfumes herself.

Not that I don't love perfumes myself, but it was more like something that was just there for me. But now, I am so in love with it to the extent that I make use of perfumes when I am just indoors. I don't always wait for the time that I am going out before I make use of my perfumes.

Aside from that, I spend quite a lot on perfumes compared to before. I even have quite a lot, my wardrobe contains 2 oil perfumes, 3 sprays, and 4 normal perfumes (used to be 5 but recently gave one out).

Today I will be sharing two of my most expensive perfumes. To you, they might not be that expensive but to me, I have not bought any perfumes in that range, and compared to my earning rate, these perfumes are quite expensive.

Here is Yara, I got this baby two months ago for $25. She smells really nice—not too concentrated but with this unique feminine smell. I don't use her often, in fact, I would say today was the first time I sprayed the perfume on my body because I planned on making use of the perfume anytime I had an exquisite outing. Since I have so many other perfumes in my wardrobe, making this decision was easy for me.

For over two months, I have not gone out for any special occasion, which is why I have not made use of this perfume. So I decided to bring it out, take a picture or two and also spray it on my body to feel the scent before going out to my friend's place.

The second perfume here is Al-faris, this is a masculine perfume. It is very concentrated and really nice. I got this perfume for $15 and I bought it alongside the Yara perfume. From the looks of the bottle, it is easy to notice that I have not been using it, even though I have had it for over 2months. I guess you already know the reason for this based on my previous explanation.

I get great pleasure when I open my wardrobe and see these perfumes lying there. It reminds me that yes, my $40 is lying down here. I have not considered how it will feel when I finally make use of every last drop of the perfumes. I would definitely love to renew it before it finishes. This contributes to why I am making careful use of it.
