UNEQUAL GENDER EQUALITY 3

Hello beautiful people. The home is a delicate place, and this has been detailed in parts 1 and 2.

Understanding how intricate the process above can be is why couples must sit down to hash out these in details, so that no party with resent the other party for being idle and not coming up partaking in an activity, if they have sufficiently performed their roles as agreed, no complains should come in whatsoever.

Sometimes you see men who want women to share in the bills and be protector and leaders and also be full time housewives without helping them or allowing them have the tools or employ people who will make their work easier, everytime I see men like this, I shake my head.

I also see women women who are career women, and their husband is footing all the bills, they spend their money on themselves alone, while the man looks unkept, they siphon all the money he has to their business, and still do not do what needs to be done around the house.

As much as we know in this part of the world that women are at the receiving end of the roles, she will also be the one to benefit the most at the end of the day and I will tell you why.

Men who isolate themselves because they have all the money and pay all the bills, leaving the woman to run the home affairs alone, and also take care of the children alone will end up isolating themselves and cutting all the emotional attachment they should receive from their children and wife.

The children grew up only seeing their mother do everything from cooking to cleaning, laundry, school runs, tucking them into bed and telling them bedtime stories, she is their only friend and playmate and the man is basically the bank or the ATM, soon this will create a distant personal of the man and he will not be able to get any emotional attachment from his family after a few years.

The day money becomes a problem and the woman steps in, he becomes irrelevant, the children will form a greater bond with the person who is available and who seems to be providing the bills. This in no way is trying to look down on the fact that paying the bills is not easy neither is the stress attached to it easy in any way, it is the reality that is played out in many homes.
