The world is going totally digitize in it's activities and products owned, and #web3 is not left behind as Hive decentralized blockchain platform has come to stay. This platform was created as a fork out of the Steem blockchain in 2020 if I'm not mistaken. It sole aims and purposes was to provide a better censorship-resistant social media and decentralized platform where it users will be a to make and create and share content, post and blog skills without fear, interference.
In talking about hive initiatives, knowing too well that hive is built upon a development of decentralized applications and this dapps runs in the blochain and offers opportunity to gaming, social networking, finance etc
One of the gaming features and community that is excelling on hive blochain is splinterlands and it's popular known for it's collectible card game that runs on the Hive blockchain. #splinterlands players can trade, battle collect, all with digital cards to earn rewards in the form of #cryptocurrency, this is also known as #play2earn.
Another features of hive is ecency and it's waves being one of the proposals of the blue app, and it has been exceptionally wonderful since its creation.
Worthy to note that since the inception of this wonderful blue app called ecency in the Hive blockchain for 7 years now if I'm not miscalculating, have played a vital role in all ramifications.
Another is hive Engine and tribaldex, this hive Engine is known for it's decentralized exchange and token creation platform that allows it's users to trade the custom coins and tokens on the house hive community blockchain.
