Hey Actifiters!
I spent far too much time at my desk yesterday and I feel almost sore because of it. Anyways, it helped me realizing I need to get back into some activity everyday. I'm going to try and incorporate some short workout routines in the morning before work and then going to try and use my lunch breaks each day to get out and get some exercise.
This afternoon ended up being a beautiful time to get out for a walk. It was cold, but the sun was shining brightly.
It sure was nice to be able to get out and be active. I enjoyed the sunshine and enjoyed the chance to get my body moving and give my mind a break. It was wonderful enjoying the beauty of autumn.
I ended up getting about 1.5 miles in on my walk which was a great activity for the day :)
