In the meantime, I am ready to prepare a delicious soy curry suitable for eating with rice. Soya meat is a delicious food that vegetarians like. So let's find out what ingredients we need to prepare.
Materials Used.
Soya Meat 50g.
2 Tablespoons of tomato sauce.
Some coconut oil.
A few cinnamon sticks.
A few crushed cardamom pods.
3 cloves.
1/4 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 Teaspoon of pepper.
1 Teaspoons of Roasted chili powder.
3 Teaspoon of Roasted curry powder.
Salt to taste.
1 Cup of water.
1 Cup of hot water.
3 Garlic, chopped.
A little chopped onion.
2 chopped green chillies.
Curry leaves.
Method of preparation.
Now let's proceed to the preparation process.. First take a cup and add hot water to it. Add half a teaspoon of salt and soya meat to it and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
Then we squeeze the boiled soy meat and put it in another container.
Then we take a cooking pot again and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil to it and after it gets hot, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger, onion and curry leaves and fry for about 2 minutes.
Next we need to add fried curry powder, fried chili powder, turmeric and pepper to it and mix it well. Now add a cup of water to it. Add a little salt and let the curry thicken.
After the mixture thickens slightly, add the soya meat pieces and cook for about 6 minutes.
Finally, add soy sauce and raw chillies and remove from the heat.
So this nutritious and delicious soy meat curry is a special dish with rice, bread and roti. A dish that vegetarians in Sri Lanka always eat. So this delicious soy meat brings incredible taste.
