    I hope you are happy and healthy. Today i will share a recipe of delicious Punjabi kadhi with phulki. Punjabi Kadhi and Fulki make a delightful combination that enhances the flavor of your main dish. This is a traditional Punjabi meal that is enjoyed with hot, crispy fulkis. Let's learn how to make this wonderful combination.

    Ingredients:
    🌼1 cup yogurt
    🌼2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
    🌼1 small onion
    🌼1 small piece of ginger, chopped
    🌼1 green chili, chopped
    🌼1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    🌼 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    🌼1 teaspoon coriander powder
    🌼1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    🌼1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    🌼1/2 teaspoon fegreneek seeds
    🌼2 pieces of curry leaves
    🌼 2 cups water
    🌼 Salt to taste
    🌼 oil

    Method:
    ☘️ In a bowl, mix yogurt, gram flour, and water until smooth.

    ☘️ Heat oil in a pan and add Fegreneek seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chili, and curry leaves.

    ☘️ Then, onion, garlic and ginger paste
    ☘️Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well.

    ☘️ Now, add the yogurt and gram flour mixture and stir continuously.

    ☘️ Add 𝟯 cups of water and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Fulki Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    🍁1 cup gram flour
    🍁 1 onion, chopped
    🍁 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
    🍁 1 teaspoon salt
    🍁 Water (as needed)
    🍁 Oil (for deep frying)

    Method:
    🌸 In a bowl, mix gram flour, chopped onions, red chili powder, and salt.

    🌸Gradually add water to make a thick batter.
    🌸Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.

    🌸Fry until golden brown and crispy.

    🌸Now, add the hot fulkis to the kadhi and let them simmer for 2 minutes.

    🌸After that, prepare a tempering by heating the same oil used for frying the fulkis.

    🌸 Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chili, curry leaves, garlic, and chopped onion to the hot oil. Fry until the onions turn golden brown.

    🌸Then, pour this tempering over the kadhi.

    🌸Add some coriander leaves for garnishing.
