EDUCATION
I had my secondary school education at Advanced Breed Comprehensive College in Ogun state. My favorite subjects were Mathematics and Chemistry. My secondary school experience was really a memorable one. Walk down memory lane with me. I remember being punished for playing during breaks in my junior secondary days by my mathematics teacher. Funny, I know right? and its usually this mathematics teacher or those teachers teaching the difficult subjects that loves to make school even less enjoyable. I know a lot of you would be able to relate to this...back to what I was saying , yeah, Secondary school experiences; joining the school hostel (I remember when everyone in my prep. class was flogged because some students were making noise.....hmmm, there were good times though ), singing in the school choir, going for competitions ( I got to miss classes....haha), marching during inter-house sports (I'm not particularly athletic, don’t do much running, but march past, I enjoyed to the fullest). I really miss those days. Now to continue my story on how I almost fainted in front of my entire school, so I was called forward as the school’s new senior prefect. Okay get this, I already heard talks before this day among teachers and students that I was among those likely to be given the position but it was just talks, nothing confirmed, so I wasn’t really prepared to face hundreds of students ( make that two hundreds of eyeballs....My God).
As an introvert, that was just too much attention. So I stood with some of my colleagues, which was okay, was nervous but still kept my cool. Until my principal said and I quote “We would like the newly appointed senior prefect to say a few words to the school”. So you can understand why I almost fainted cause now all eyes were on me, wasn’t prepared to say anything, my mouth dried up, stood there speechless for some seconds until words finally slowly started forming in my mouth. I was able to escape what could have been a disaster for me. That experience made me work on myself and improve as regarding public speaking, interactions, and putting one’s self out there. After a while of putting in the work (it wasn’t easy) , I got better. I later went on and graduated top of my class. All glory to God. I’m currently studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Lagos.
HOBBIES
I’m a lover of music. I listen mostly to Christian and some circular music. My top music artists/ band at the moment are For Kings and country, Bethel music, Dunsin Oyekan, Hulvey and Maverick city. I also love to sing. My interest in music made me learn to play the keyboard and guitar which is sometimes how I like to relax or deal with stress .I intend on learning how to play the trumpet and saxophone when the opportunity presents itself. I enjoy playing video games mostly call of duty n football games also …
I really love the job i do .. it really gives me the platform to socialise n meet with other comrades… WORK/PASSION
I love to teach. That’s why I joined a tutorial (Zenith tutors) organized by some of my the colleagues shortly after our graduation to prepare student for upcoming examinations like J.A.M.B , W.A.E.C, school mocks.
I also work as graphic designer and a web developer. I started graphic designing some months after graduating from college. I had a little delay before gaining admission into university, so I learnt graphic design to keep myself busy and earn a little money alongside. Here are some of my works:
I got to learn about hive currency when i was. At work….
My relationship status is single tho im not ready to mingle because I’ve someone already we have plan how things would be for us soonest n we trust God to run it ……I also like (posting)writing a lot on my social network platforms (facebook, ecency,WhatsApp,tweeter )
because it helps me put my thoughts together and I express myself better in writing. I also love writing because it helps me to be more real, it helps me to be confident, it helps me to be coordinated and to be relaxed.
Seminars n casual meetings was held and I learnt how the HIVE platform operates, how to set up HIVE account, funding my wallet and how to spend and at the same time earn using HBD.
