I'm glad that I accomplished my activity goals for today. Yesterday, I took a good rest so today I went for a nice walk; it's not a lot but it's good enough for today.
As planned, I went to the gym to do my routine: 60 counts of sit-ups, 30 counts of 10KG dumbbells, and 60 counts of jumping jacks. Right after that, I went jogging for 15 minutes which felt satisfying. I took a photo of the night sky with the crescent-shaped moon too. Good night Actifiters.
