Fantastic midday to run after having had a nice rain during the morning...
I have chosen to run southeast, progressively getting closer to the luxury hotel in the city's port and I have been taking photos as I approached.
I have chosen this direction to do the first half of my workout, the easy one, running against the wind and then making the way back doing a set of fast and slow speed intervals, 2 minutes at 4'/km for the intervals fast and 1 minute between fast intervals run at 5'30"/km.
It is a more demanding workout and I preferred to have the wind in my favor.
Good sensations in general during the activity.
Keep on running!
