El año pasado, asistimos a una exposición celebrada en El Parque La Estación, en Avellaneda, Buenos Aires. Resultó ser todo un acontecimiento. Nunca imaginé que encontraría libros intervenidos por artistas locales, creativos, ¡y de qué manera!
Cada obra significó tantas cosas para mí, ¡quién sabe qué estarían pensando estos autores en el momento de crear cada obra! Desafortunadamente, esta exposición no se repitió este año, así que busqué las fotos que no había publicado, y aquí están.El nombre del evento era, «Más libros para más memoria» Fue una exposición colectiva, con motivo del Día Internacional del Libro, donde varios autores, destacaron con sus muestras.
En una de ellas, se puede ver un libro cuyas páginas están agujereadas por trozos de madera. Lo relacioné con la construcción de historias y conocimientos. Pregunté por el autor de todas y cada una de las muestras y casualmente no había ninguno. Así que no quedaba nada que deducir sobre su sentido, significado e importancia.
En una vitrina, había varios libros con algunas aberturas en su interior para guardar en él, objetos curiosos, o simbólicamente las ideas o palabras del autor. Y el que más me llamó la atención fue un gran libro que representaba a un hombre saliendo del libro. Este hombre, creo también, es el que lleva consigo el contenido del libro y las ideas del autor, para que el mundo lo conozca y sea consciente de él.
Quiero decir que los mensajes nos llevan al mismo lugar. Lo que es la importancia de leer y cultivarse. De eso se trata. Un saludo y espero que si alguien tiene alguna idea acerca de las imágenes podría comentarlas para añadir más valor a cada obra.***

Last year, we attended an exhibition held at El Parque La Estación, in Avellaneda, Buenos Aires. It turned out to be quite an event.
I never imagined that I would find books intervened by local, creative artists, and how!
Each work meant so many things to me, who knows what these authors were thinking at the time of creating each work! Unfortunately, this exhibition was not repeated this year, so I looked for the photos that I had not posted, and here they are.
The name of the event was, “More books for more memory” It was a collective exhibition, on the occasion of International Book Day, where several authors, stood out with their samples.
In one of them, you can see a book whose pages are pierced by pieces of wood. I related it to the construction of stories and knowledge. I asked for the author of each and every one of the samples and coincidentally there was none. So there was nothing left to deduce about their meaning, significance and importance.
In a showcase, there were several books with some openings inside to keep in it, curious objects, or symbolically the ideas or words of the author. And the one that caught my attention the most was a large book representing a man coming out of the book. This man, I also believe, is the one who carries with him the content of the book and the author's ideas, so that the world knows and is aware of him.
I mean that the messages lead us to the same place. Which is the importance of reading and cultivating yourself. That is what it is all about. Best regards and I hope that if anyone has any ideas about the images could comment on them to add more value to each work.
