Hello, Hive open mic community. I hope we are all doing good. My name is @ashiru, Welcome to hive open mic week 219 and I'm so excited to be here. The theme for this week is Traditional Music, today I'll be presenting a cover of my favorite traditional song by ASA title Eye Asaba.
This song Eye Adaba by ASA is written and sung in Yoruba language. Eyé Àdabà simply means Dove. I personally loved this song a lot and the song is a reminder that as long that there's life there is always hope, new blessing and new possibilities around the corner, so we should never give up on life. Dove is mostly associated with peace, hope and new beginnings. I love ASA song, most of her song are like poetry and the lyrics of this song encourages me to wake up every day believe in myself, choose to see hope, see joy and blessings in everything that I do.
