And again, doing my morning routine with some stretching excercises, a few deep breaths, and a short meditation barefoot on my terrace under a great starry October morning sky with the Orion constellation at the horizon before sunrise. It was noticeably colder today, but this could also have been due to the high humidity because of the fog. Since i have some free days now, i had the time to do a relaxed morningwalk through the palace gardens with still a little fog and therefore pretty humid and chilled air. It‘s the time of year again were i start in the dark and walk into the day with the sunrise. On the way back with more light i could see that all the trees and plants finally started to dress up for autumn. Here‘s one especially beautiful example that i‘m looking forward to see on the handrails of my favorite bridge every year.
