A child needs a lot of sleep, especially a 5 to 6 year old child, if he sleeps at least 10 to 12 hours, his body will be fine. But I saw that my son sleeps very little. Due to which he falls ill every few days.

Then the doctor told me to take away the mobile phone from him at night, especially before sleeping. And when he sleeps, two to three hours or even earlier if possible, take away the mobile phone from him and create a sleeping situation for him. Then he will fall asleep very quickly.
He also told me that he should not have any mental stress. When he falls asleep, we should not talk too loudly with any member of the family. Or we should not argue about any kind of matter for a long time. Due to this, children get mentally broken and they do not want to sleep properly.

I have been researching this issue for about 15-20 days now. I am trying to adopt some things with him while putting my son to sleep. However, as per the doctor's advice, I am trying to keep him as safe as possible. In this way, I think Alhamdulillah the advice given by the doctor. They are working and I am able to put him to sleep at the right time. His body is fairly good.
I think that those whose children have such problems. If you want, you can also consult a doctor and adopt these things. This way, at least you will not have to fight with your child constantly.
