This is a snack that can be made very easily and tastes delicious. You can make it very easily by collecting the ingredients you have at home.Another way of making samosas is by adding eggs. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- A cup of wheat flour
- 150ml of oil
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- Two boiled eggs
- A large boiled and mashed potato
- Chopped medium sized b onion
- Cut some curry leaves into very small
pieces - Cut the green chillies into very small
pieces - 50ml of water
The method of making;
First, add flour to the bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, a teaspoon and a tablespoon of coconut oil to it and stir the flour mixture.
Prepare the flour mill by adding water little by little as usual.
Knead the flour well for about five minutes.
Now let's prepare the potato mixture for this. For that, add well mashed potatoes to the bowl and add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
Then add half teaspoon of salt powder with chilli pieces to it.
Well mix everything.
Thin the flour tray thoroughly. Then cut out the uneven parts and cut into square shape.
Divide into four equal parts.
Spread the potato mixture well on all the four parts.
Cut boiled eggs into strips.
Keep egg strips in all four parts.
Take each part as shown in the picture and fold it inwards and press it.
Add to the hot oil and fry on low flame until golden.
A delicious snack that can be easily prepared and tasted like a normal snack. Especially in the evening, this samosa with eggs is perfect for the short hunger pangs you get. Not only that, during tea time, if you are going on a short excursion somewhere, you can prepare a delicious snack like this and enjoy it.
