Mi nombre es Raúl Hernández Vergara. Nací el 20 de diciembre de 1978, en el municipio, San Luis, Pinar del Rio, Cuba. San Luis es un pequeño pueblo campesino, en el que mi infancia fue muy feliz, llena de sueños futuros, de juegos, de amigos y de amor familiar.
My name is Raúl Hernández Vergara. I was born on december 20, 1978, at San Luis municipality, Pinar del Río, Cuba. San Luis is a small country town where my childhood was very happy, full of future dreams, games, friends and family love.
Mis verdaderas pasiones siempre estuvieron vinculadas con el arte. He amado la música en todas sus manifestaciones y de disimiles culturas, disfrutaba el baile, el dibujo, el teatro y el cine…, aficiones sanas y puras que sigo amando.
My true passions were always linked to art. I've loved music of all kind and from several cultures, I entoyed dancing, drawing, theater and cinema...,pure and healthy hobbies I'm still loving today.
Mi familia,entonces, era muy grande y cercana. Las reuniones familiares me encantaban en cualquier momento, siempre se generaba un ambiente festivo que resultaba muy agradable de vivir y presenciar. Todos los primos venían, nos divertíamos a lo grande, se hacían grandes comidas que se disfrutaban entre risas, cuentos y música. Esa fue una bella época.
I had a large and close family at the time.I loved family gatherings in any moment, a very nice to live and watch partying enviorenment was generated every time. All the cousins came, we had a big time fun, great meals were cooked and enjoyed between laughs, stories and music. That was a beautiful time.
Mis estudios iniciaron allí, en ese pequeño pueblo y terminaron muchos años después,en la Universidad Hermanos Saiz Montes de Oca donde me gradué en Licenciatura en Contabilidad y Finanzas. Durante mi etapa de estudiante y movido por la música, pude aprender a dominar bastante bien el idioma inglés, lo que ha sido muy útil en mi desarrollo profesional y personal.
My studies started there, in that small town and ended several years later, at Hermanos Saíz Montes de Oca University, with me obtaining an Accounting and Finances Degree. During my student time and moved for music, I could learn and dominate english very well, which is been quite useful in my personal and professional improvement.
Me gusta saber de todo lo que pueda, ser útil en cualquier momento o lugar. Eso me ha proporcionado mucha independencia y me ha llevado a ser capaz de dar solución, por mí mismo, a diversos problemas que se presentan en la vida.
I like to know as much as possible about everything I can, be useful at any time or place. That's given me so much autonomy and has led me to find solutions, by myself,to different problems that cross in the path of our lives.
Vivo con mi esposa Yadira (Yaya) y mis hijos Andro, Adriano y Lena. Mi esposa es actriz de teatro y cantante, es una de las personas que mas admiro, por su bondad, honestidad y talento.
I live with my wife Yadira(Yaya) and my children Andro, Adriano y Lena. My wife is a theater's actress and singer, she's one of the persons I admire the most, for her kindness, honesty and talents.

Desde que me gradué he trabajado en economía, primero fui auditor por 19 años, después he trabajado como económico en algunas empresas del sector estatal y privado. Hubo un tiempo en que además impartía clases en la universidad.
Since my graduation I've been working on economics linked jobs, first I worked as an auditor of accounts for 19 years, after that I've been performing as the head of the economic department of some state and private sector enterprises. There was a time when besides I was teaching classes at the university.
Mis días los ocupan mi trabajo y mi familia. Siempre se me han dado bien los números y, en cuestiones de trabajo suelo ser muy organizado, me gusta hacer mi trabajo bien, de acuerdo a los requerimientos del mismo, por lo general me gusta ir un paso adelante en los análisis e informaciones que puedan ser solicitados. Mi familia es mi alma y mi casa es mi santuario, es el lugar donde encuentro la paz, el amor, la comprensión y la compañía de quienes amo.
My days are spent working and with my family. I've always been good with numbers and, I tend to be very organized in work matters, I like to do my job well, according to tje requirements of itself, usually I prefer to be one step ahead in matters of analysis and informations that could be asked for.My family's my soul and my home's my sanctuary, it's the place where I can find peace, love, comprehension and company of those I love.

En cada oportunidad que tengo, intento reunirme con amigos, conversar, escuchar música, bailar un poco, ponernos al día, soy una persona social y además me considero muy solidario con todos.
Every chance I have, I try to meet my friends to talk, listening some music, dance a bit and catch up, I am a social person and consider myself solidary with everyone.

I knew about Hive platform for a friend's cousin @eduardo900613, who, like me, enyoys writing a lot. He's been showing me how to explore this new world full of opportunities to learn and share experiences of life, work, sports, literature, music, art,etc.
