Fue un gran día, aunque yo me enfoqué en hacer un poco de freestyle básico, ya que me dolían mucho los callos en las manos y mi cuerpo estaba un poco cansado. Los muchachos, por su parte, sí lograron hacer unos combos impresionantes y, déjenme decirles, ¡se ven espectaculares!
Próximamente estaré compartiendo un video mío haciendo freestyle, así que estén atentos. Durante el día, también estuvimos grabando para TikTok y me hicieron una pregunta que me pareció interesante: ¿cómo comencé en la calistenia y qué recomendaría a quienes quieren iniciarse en este mundo? Mi consejo es simple: ¡comenzar es el primer paso! Muchas personas dicen que quieren empezar, pero se quedan solo en palabras. La clave es dar ese primer paso y comprometerte a dar lo mejor de ti.

Hello to all my Hive and SWC friends! I'm Wilfrer Astudillo, better known in this wonderful community as @wilfrer-sw. Today I want to share with you some pictures of my day at @ashura-sw's house. Thanks to her bar in the backyard, we were able to practice dynamic movement and enjoy a good time among friends. It was a great day, although I focused on doing some basic freestyle, since my hands were really sore and my body was a little tired. The guys, on the other hand, did manage to pull off some awesome combos and, let me tell you, they look spectacular!

During the day, we were also filming for TikTok and they asked me a question that I found interesting: how did I get started in calisthenics and what would I recommend to those who want to get started in this world? My advice is simple: getting started is the first step! Many people say they want to get started, but they remain just words. The key is to take that first step and commit to doing your best.
