En estos días estuve averiguando un poco más acerca del cuidado del cabello pues he estado presentado mucho frizz, mientras buscaba me encontré con una técnica llamada "pre-shampoo", realmente me llamo la atención y en lo que fui indagando me pareció una buena opción de acuerdo a la necesidad de mi cabello; esto como su prefijo sugiere trata de la aplicación de un tratamiento cosmético antes del lavado, puede ser un aceite, baño de crema, mascarilla o ampolla, esto lo que hace es proteger y prepararlo para que cuando apliquemos el shampoo nuestro cabello no se reseque demasiado.

These days I was finding out a little more about hair care because I have been presenting a lot of frizz, while searching I came across a technique called "pre-shampoo", it really caught my attention and as I was inquiring it seemed a good option according to the need of my hair; this as its prefix suggests is the application of a cosmetic treatment before washing, it can be an oil, cream bath, mask or ampoule, this what it does is protect and prepare it so that when we apply the shampoo our hair does not dry out too much.
El día que me animé a intentarlo venía de entrenar, por lo que mi cabello estaba sudado y enredado.
The day I decided to try it, I had just come from training, so my hair was sweaty and tangled.
Lo primero que hice fue desenredar de puntas a raíz para así evitar los nudos y partir la hebra capilar.
The first thing I did was to untangle from ends to roots to avoid knots and splitting the hair strand.
Humedeci un poco el cabello, solo de medios a puntas y tome mi baño de crema de queratina.
I wet my hair a little bit, only from the middle to the ends and I took my keratin cream bath.
Dividí el cabello en dos partes y a su vez fui tomando un poco de producto y aplicando por mechones pequeños.
I divided the hair in two parts and in turn I took some of the product and applied it in small strands.
Una vez listo me lo recogí y lo deje actuar durante 15 minutos.
Once ready, I picked it up and left it on for 15 minutes.
Pasado el tiempo lo lave de forma habitual: shampoo solo en la raíz y acondicionador de medios a puntas.
After this time, wash it as usual: shampoo only at the roots and conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends.
Lo seque con el secador pero con el aire frío ya que no estoy aplicando calor a mi cabello y el resultado me dejó encantada.
I blow dry it with a blow dryer but with cold air since I am not applying heat to my hair and I was delighted with the result.
Note que fue muy fácil de desenredar, tuve menos frizz de lo habitual y el cabello me quedo brilloso. Definitivamente es un procedimiento que volvería aplicar cada vez que me toque lavar mi cabello.

I noticed that it was very easy to detangle, I had less frizz than usual and my hair was shiny. It's definitely a procedure that I would apply again every time I wash my hair.
