During the summer, the heat is overwhelming. During this period of excess heat when life is suffocating, raw ripe mangoes bring some food relief. Summer time is already a bit annoying but eating raw and sour mangoes during this time is quite delicious and brings some satisfaction to the tongue even in the heat. Chutney or Mashed with raw mango is very delicious and it brings satisfaction to our tongue in hot weather.
We have been getting hotter here lately. And during this time, there are many raw mangoes on the trees. We have a lot of mango cultivation here and the trees are abundant. Raw mangoes are very good to eat during Ganeshji although some mangoes are sour but they add extra flavor to mashed dishes. Garments are made of Mashed with this type of fruit almost every house during this period.
This food is also favourite all of my family members and our family is made. We have many mango trees in our house and they have produced good alem. Such food is prepared to enhance the taste on the tongue or when satiated during hot summer. Actually it is made with various ingredients including raw mangoes, burnt chillies, salt, sugar. A few days ago I also chopped the raw mangoes using the same mango picker. Then I added some other items including burnt chilies salt sugar to them and made this dish which was amazing to eat. And this is my favorite.
Mango is a delicious fruit. Mango is called the king of fruits. Many mangoes are cultivated commercially in our country and every house in our village area has many mango trees which produce large quantity of mangoes. Our trees also bear many mangoes and they are delicious to eat. Besides, mango is one of my favorite fruits. Although ripe mangoes or raw mangoes can be used to make bhartas as well as chutneys to various pickles which are very tasty to eat and we have such dishes in every house here. However I really liked the bhartha that was made that day.
