Imagine yourself in the Nevada desert after dusk, specifically in the town of Tonopah. You stop for gas and ask for recommendations for somewhere to stay because you're exhausted, and the man working the cash register recommends the motel that's a short distance away on the right, right before you enter the city.
Resuming your journey, you drive a little distance and come to a stop close to the Clown Motel sign. It seems a little like landing on the cover of a Stephen King novel.
As soon as you go into the foyer, you are greeted by a kind but really eerie woman behind a little reception area that is surrounded by garbage of all kinds, but most ominously, by dozens of clowns staring at you. a little bit everywhere it occurs.

The motel is appropriate for people who are afraid of clowns.

Welcome to the Clown Motel. We strongly advise making reservations far in advance rather than at the last minute, since we quickly discovered that finding a room at the last minute was quite fortunate.
Clown paintings and ominous sounds follow a slumber that is anything but restful, even in the chambers.
You discover a cursed cemetery with crooked and cracked wooden headstones sticking out of the barren ground as you wake up in the morning and peek out the window.

All in all, the night went by without incident. Just keep your eyes closed and your ears covered to avoid hearing the eerie sounds emanating from the outside world, especially from the room's creaking walls, which nearly appear to be speaking!
It will resemble something out of a horror film.

The cemetery's past is particularly unsettling:
I just forgot that Tonopah was one of the most well-known mining communities in the American West; in addition to the plague and mine fire deaths, numerous suicides, murders, and pneumonia deaths occurred here between 1901 and 1911.

To put it another way, there are enough of materials available to add even more unsettling elements to everything.
It's crucial to cuddle up with the person sleeping next to you beneath the covers throughout the night and wait for daybreak to relieve the distress and agony that come with choosing to stay at the Clown Motel.
It makes sense why Roadtrippers deemed the Clown Motel to be the scariest motel in all of America.
