The whole town shook when the gunpowder mill went up.
Subsequent investigation found that the pipe delivering water to the millstones was blocked. The sulphur, saltpeter and charcoal need to be damp when you grind them. If not, it creates a fire risk that can lead to a catastrophic explosion.
For any of my friends (or anyone else, for that matter !) who reads this and fancies giving it a try, it's really fun and thought provoking. The rules are really simple;
