    It is God that teaches us the way to live through his words and his ways are the best way ever to stay healthy Eating is part of God's will for us to remain healthy and we know that immediately one stops breathing the person stops eating and we see from the bible in Genesis 3:19 where God said to Adam that through the sweat of his face he shall eat bread so sweating in the face out of labour is also a healthy way to eat When we eat without labour it becomes unhealthy everything we eat should come out of the labour of our work meaning we must work and labour for what we will eat

    This implies that whoever doesn't have any work he or she is doing that will be able to put food on the table then they should not eat the bible said that there's no food for a lazy person if we lazy around and eat only what others have laboured for it makes us a thief and because we didn't labour for it we don't know what the cost or value of what we are eating we tend to eat it carelessly and even waste it which is not right in the sight of God the bible said in 1 Thessalonians 3:10 that if a person did not work let him not eat you see if we eat without working it is disobedience to God the bible does not encourage that every man should get a work and let him sweat over his works and then be sure to enjoy the fruits of our labour

    WHAT THEN SHOULD WE EAT TOFU REMAIN HEALTHY

    We are not meant to eat everything that we see some people enjoy to eat junks instead of getting food that will nourish their body and then this kind of junks food can make us fatter than we are supposed to leading to too many obsessed persons in our present time some of these fast fooda can even cause a heart attack due to too much cholesterol and might even live to untimely death but if we want to live long and grow in health we should take note of the kind of food we eat and also try to engage in activities that will make us sweat like exercising and doing hard labour because sweating goes a very long way to reduce the level of cholesterols and fats in our body staying healthy is God will for his children and we must ensure to keep his will for our own benefits
