Dear residents of Nottingham, I know you believe in me, I know you believe in this club and I want you to know that I am doing my best to bring this club to the top!

This is an excerpt from my first press conference. I hope you are all well, my friends. I haven't forgotten my time at Notts County and I will continue to do everything I can to take the club to the top. If you look at what we have done, we have gone from the bottom to the top of the English top flight in 3 years, which is an incredible achievement. Now our goal is to make a place for ourselves in the Premier League, to become permanent here.

Some people may not know what I refused for this team. As you can see, the Roma club wants to make me their manager and they are offering me a salary of 6 million euros a year. I would definitely accept this money if it was in reality but in the game it is useless haha. I will not give up on Notts County!

The first half of the Premier League was very tough for us. We started the league with only one signing and that was Sadık, who we had previously brought out of our youth system but left the team after a fight with one of the managers of the time. Our forward line of 4 players and goalkeeper were quite enough for the Premier League but our midfield and defensive line were very weak. However, since the club didn't have the budget to reinforce these areas, I tried to do my best with this squad.

By the way, you remember we won the Carabao Cup last year, right? That's why we are in the Uefa Conference League and we got out of the groups with ease. The teams in that cup were so bad that FC Midtjylland, who we played in the quarterfinals, were one of the best teams in the cup. The press thought we had equal talent but we blew them away.

In the intermediate season I had a talk with the team and we agreed with the management to give bonuses for every game, because we didn't do badly in the intermediate season and we had a chance to be champions. We went after a long shot and after Leicester City we had a fairytale. We managed to finish the Premier League as champions.

Do you know in whose hands the trophy went up? In the hands of our veteran footballer Langstaff, who believed in me from the very beginning and managed to be part of the team. He was so happy with the story he wrote, he even cried when he lifted the trophy. It was an emotional moment for me too.

The fans in the stands were also going crazy. It was the most watched match in the club's history.

After a few years, Michael Shields was named Premier League footballer of the season. During the speech, he told me that he dedicated this award to me and that it was because of me that he had come this far. I can't stand these emotional moments.

This was not the only trophy we won. Blackburn Rovers were our opponents in the FA Cup final. We won against two established clubs and it was a very sad result for them. 5-0 is not a score that every fan can bear.

Our last cup final was against Real Betis in the Conference league. I would say they are the strongest team in the cup. After us, of course. The game was very close and they fought really well but Shields showed why he is such a great player this year. In the 58th minute he scored and won us the cup!

We lifted the trophy and had fun all night. All the players took a photo with the trophy. It was an unforgettable day in every sense for the fans who watched the game.

I say in every sense because Uefa went crazy and dressed the cameramen in strange costumes, they look like clowns. Jokes aside, EA hasn't been able to fix them for years. Every game we see a different and more ridiculous bug.

See the reason why I call our championship a fairy tale? We only collected 85 points and became the champion by far. This is something that should not happen under normal conditions. If you have the game, choose any team in the Premier League and simulate 1 season. The champion will definitely get more points than that.

Our only disappointment of the season was in the Carabao Cup. We were knocked out by Fulham in a very early round, but this is something that can happen to any team.

This time the celebrations were the craziest of all. The whole team was drunk and even everyone in the city! This is the only photo from the celebrations hahaha.

At the end of the season our most capped player was Lund and our left back Henriksen. 58 games over the course of a year is a lot and they played 90 minutes in all of them.

Shields broke his own record by scoring 52 goals. He was top scorer in all competitions. What a great player!

Shields also has the most assists in the team. That was amazing. He had 3 more assists than Emrah.

Lund didn't concede a goal in 18 games. I think that's a great achievement. He can be the best goalkeeper in the Premier League next season when he reaches his full potential.

Just as the season was coming to an end I saw a very strange news. Real Sociedad won the Champions League. If they can do it, why can't we?
