Good day Actifitters!
The high temperature is alarming. Today, it was reported that the heat index surpassed 51 degrees Celsius. The heat index may not be the actual temperature, but it's the actual heat that we can feel. Because of the high temperature, there's a caution especially towards hypertensive, and the possible heat stroke.
During the past few days, temperature is very high with more 48 degrees Celsius. Thus, there's a need of caution during these days.

I'd be just at home, and I have no other plans for the day. I wanted to have some rest after being busy these past few days. I just worked online, and did some chores. Of course, I did my exercises too.
