Hey Actifit frens!
Had a wonderful day today with my family and my beautiful wife. It started off at sometime around four something in the morning with my awesome infant who is a wonder child and already walking at 10 months. Then we went to a Edaville fair thing with the kids and I got in a ton of steps there at the fair and then later in the evening, I jumped on the indoor cycle and did it over 30 minutes of cycling and then in the evening I did a high intensity workout with the wife in order to wrap things up knocking out over 15,000 steps 30 push-ups and two cycle rides on the day so well on my way back to being in shape.
